** Παραπέμπεται σε προκαταρκτική ο Τσοχατζόπουλος

*Την άλλη εβδομάδα συστήνεται η προκαταρκτική επιτροπή της Βουλής για τον Ά. Τσοχατζόπουλο και την εμπλοκή του στην υπόθεση των γερμανικών υποβρυχίων. Η επιτροπή θα διερευνήσει τυχόν ποινικές ευθύνες του πρώην υπουργού.

**Σφοδρή αντιπαράθεση Μεϊμαράκη - Καρατζαφέρη

* Σε προσωπική αντιπαράθεση φαίνεται ότι εξελίσσεται η κόντρα που έχει ξεσπάσει μεταξύ Βαγγέλη Μεϊμαράκη και Γιώργου Καρατζαφέρη, σχετικά με τα εξοπλιστικά προγράμματα και τα υποβρύχια, θέμα που συζητήθηκε την Πέμπτη.

** Νέα επικοινωνία Παπανδρέου με τον Λίβυο ομόλογό του

* Νέα τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία είχε ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου, με τον Λίβυο ομόλογό του Αλ Μπαγντάντι Αλ Μαχμούντι, στο πλαίσιο των συνεχιζόμενων προσπαθειών της Ελλάδας για την έναρξη μιας πολιτικής διαδικασίας στη Λιβύη.

**Γ. Παπανδρέου: «Θα βγάλουμε τη χώρα από την κρίση»

* Με το σχέδιο που θα καταθέσουμε σε λίγες μέρες, θα βγάλουμε τη χώρα από την κρίση, τόνισε ο πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου στη συνεδρίαση του υπουργικού συμβουλίου. Έβαλε τέλος στα σενάρια ανασχηματισμού και πρόωρων εκλογών.

** Κατατέθηκε το σχέδιο νόμου για την Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση

* Κατατέθηκε την Τετάρτη στη Βουλή το σχέδιο νόμου για την Ηλεκτρονική Διακυβέρνηση από τον Γ. Ραγκούση, ενώ αναμένεται στη δημοσιότητα το επιχειρησιακό σχέδιο και το χρονοδιάγραμμα εφαρμογής του νόμου.

**Βράβευση Παπανδρέου από τον Παγκόσμιο Οργανισμό Υγείας

* Η βράβευση του Γιώργου Παπανδρέου από τον ΠΟΥ, για τη σταθερή αντικαπνιστική του στάση και την υιοθέτηση αυστηρής σχετικής νομοθεσίας, ανακοινώθηκε στη Μόσχα, στο πλαίσιο της πρώτης παγκόσμιας διάσκεψης υπουργών Υγείας.

* Έναν εξαιρετικά πρωτότυπο και μακρινό προορισμό για τα βασιλικά δεδομένα επέλεξε το ζευγάρι για το γαμήλιο ταξίδι του.
* Η Αυστραλία είναι το μέρος που επέλεξαν να επισκεφτούν για να απολαυσούν τις όσες μέρες ξεγνοιασιάς τους μένουν πριν να επιστρέψουν στο Buckingham για να αναλάβουν επίσημα τα πριγκιπικά τους και όχι μόνο καθήκοντα.
* Συγκεκριμένα, θα μένουν στο νησί Lizard που βρίσκεται κοντά στις ακτές του Queensland και τα νησιά Great Barrier Reef.
* Το Lizard είναι μέσα στους 100 πιο δημοφιλείς προορισμούς για νεονύμφους καθώς διαθέτει ατελείωτες άσπρες αμμώδεις παραλίες, γαλαζοπράσινα νερά και πανύψηλους φοίνικες.

* Ο William κατά πάσα πιθανότητα δεν θα μπορέσει να λείψει για πάνω από 2 εβδομάδες από την υπηρεσία του οπότε λέγεται πως μέσα στο χρόνο θα επαναλάβουν ένα αντίστοιχο εξωτικό ταξίδι με την Kate.
* Απόψε, το ζευγάρι θα περάσει τη νύχτα του στη Βελγική σουίτα του παλατιού και ίσως αύριο φύγουν για το κάστρο Balmoral, όπως συνηθίζεται, για λίγες μέρες προτού αναχωρίσουν για τον μακρινό προορισμό τους.
* Να σημειωθεί πως το νησί Lizard ήταν αγαπημένος προορισμός του πατέρα του William, πρίγκιπα Καρόλου, όσο ήταν νέος και εργένης.

**ΝΑΤΟϊκή δύναμη 350 ατόμων στην 120 ΠΕΑ στην Καλαμάτα

* ΜΕ 4 ΑΕΡΟΣΚΑΦΗ ΚΑΙ 3 ΕΛΙΚΟΠΤΕΡΑ
* Άναψε το πράσινο «φως» για την ενεργοποίηση του αεροδρομίου της Καλαμάτας ως βάσης υποστήριξης των ΝΑΤΟϊκών επιχειρήσεων στη Λιβύη. Προχθές έφθασε στην Καλαμάτα κλιμάκιο του ΝΑΤΟ και έχει ξεκινήσει επαφές για την οργάνωση εγκατάστασης στην 120 ΠΕΑ ΝΑΤΟϊκής υποστηρικτικής δύναμης.
* Οι ΝΑΤΟϊκοί, με επικεφαλής υψηλόβαθμο αξιωματούχο, εξετάζουν τις δυνατότητες των περιοχών φιλοξενίας της πολυάριθμης αποστολής του ΝΑΤΟ, ενώ από την επόμενη εβδομάδα αναμένεται η εγκατάστασή τους στη Μεσσηνία.
* Ειδικότερα, κλιμάκιο 4-5 ατόμων, αποτελούμενο από Αμερικανούς αξιωματούχους, βρίσκεται στην Καλαμάτα για την προετοιμασία άφιξης, στο αεροδρόμιο της 120 ΠΕΑ, 4 αεροσκαφών ανεφοδιασμού και 3 ελικοπτέρων έρευνας και διάσωσης.

**ΕΑΣ Μεσσηνίας

* Οικονομικό «άνοιγμα» 6,5 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ
* Τα 6,5 εκατομμύρια ευρώ φτάνει το οικονομικό «άνοιγμα» της Ένωσης, που αφορά οφειλές πελατών της προς την ίδια. Αυτός ήταν και ο λόγος για τον οποίο «άναψαν τα αίματα» προχθές το βράδυ στη συνεδρίαση του Δ.Σ. της ΕΑΣ Μεσσηνίας. Ο πρόεδρος Βασίλης Κοζομπόλης, στην ενημέρωση που έκανε, είπε ότι κάποιες από τις επισφαλείς απαιτήσεις της ΕΑΣ αναμένεται να μην εισπραχθούν και έδειξε ως υπεύθυνο γι’ αυτό το γενικό διευθυντή της οργάνωσης Δημήτρη Ραπτέα. Το μέλος της Διοίκησης Νίκος Κοτταρίδης πρότεινε να τεθεί ο γεν. διευθυντής, όπως και η προϊσταμένη Οικονομικού, σε διαθεσιμότητα, πράγμα το οποίο τελικά δεν εγκρίθηκε από το Συμβούλιο.

** Ρώσοι τουριστικοί πράκτορες

* Ενθουσιασμένοι από τη Μεσσηνία
* Ενθουσιασμένοι από τη Μεσσηνία εμφανίσθηκαν χθες οι περίπου 400 Ρώσοι τουριστικοί πράκτορες και δημοσιογράφοι οι οποίοι φιλοξενούνται στο Costa Navarino στην Πύλο και στο Sun Rise στο Πεταλίδι και θα παραμείνουν έως την Κυριακή της Πρωτομαγιάς. Χθες παρακολούθησαν συνέδριο που αφορά στον τουρισμό, το οποίο οργάνωσε η Περιφέρεια Πελοποννήσου, ενώ τους στόχους της περιοχής ανέπτυξε ο περιφερειάρχης Πελοποννήσου Πέτρος Τατούλης.

** Μικρομάνη

* «Παγώνουν» οι εξελίξεις για το παρασκευαστήριο πίσσας
* Θετικός για τους κατοίκους της Μικρομάνης ήταν ο πρώτος γύρος της αναμέτρησής τους με την εταιρεία «ΜΟΡΕΑΣ». Στέλεχός της ήλθε, όπως πληροφορηθήκαμε, σε επαφή με τους κατοίκους και τους γνωστοποίησε ότι «παγώνει» οποιαδήποτε εργασία μέχρι αυτοί να συναντηθούν με τους εκπροσώπους της εταιρείας, κάτι που αναμένεται να γίνει στις αρχές της ερχόμενης εβδομάδας.
* Από την πλευρά τους, οι κάτοικοι δηλώνουν ικανοποιημένοι από την εξέλιξη. Μιλώντας στο «Θ», σημείωσαν πως δε θα υποχωρήσουν από τις θέσεις τους. Εμμένουν σε αυτές και δε διαπραγματεύονται.

**Θόδωρος Σταυρόπουλος

* Κηδεύτηκε χθες ο αντιστράτηγος
* Κηδεύτηκε με τις τιμές που άρμοζαν προς το πρόσωπό του ο Μεσσήνιος, με καταγωγή από το Χαροκοπιό, αντιστράτηγος Θόδωρος Σταυρόπουλος. Η νεκρώσιμος ακολουθία εψάλη στο Μητροπολιτικό Ναό της Υπαπαντής, παρουσία, μεταξύ άλλων, του πρώην υπουργού των κυβερνήσεων Αν. Παπανδρέου Γιάννη Χαραλαμπόπουλου, του αντιπεριφερειάρχη Μεσσηνίας Χρήστου Μαλαπάνη, του πρώην βουλευτή Αριστόδημου Μπουλούκου, του πρώην δημάρχου Αίπειας Νίκου Αναστασόπουλου, του επικεφαλής της μείζονος μειοψηφίας στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο Καλαμάτας Θόδωρου Μπρεδήμα, του περιφερειακού συμβούλου Κώστα Τσαπόγα, ανώτατων στρατιωτικών, του προέδρου της Ένωσης Απόστρατων Αξιωματικών κ. Κόσσυβα, πρώην συγκατηγορούμενών του από την υπόθεση «Ασπίδα» και πλήθους κόσμου.

**Κηπούπολη

* Έτοιμοι για πόλεμο οι κάτοικοι
* Μία ακόμα συνάντηση με το δήμαρχο Παν. Νίκα και τον αρμόδιο αντιδήμαρχο Χρ. Ριζά είχε χθες το μεσημέρι αντιπροσωπεία κατοίκων από την περιοχή της Κηπούπολης, με θέμα τα προβλήματα που έχουν δημιουργηθεί από την εισήγηση του Κεντρικού ΣΧΟΠ για μείωση του συντελεστή δόμησης από 0,6 σε 0,4 και αύξηση της αρτιότητας από τα 600 μέτρα στο ένα (1) στρέμμα. Όπως δήλωσε στο «Θ» η εκπρόσωπος των κατοίκων, ο Δήμος Καλαμάτας στάθηκε από την πρώτη στιγμή στο πλευρό των ιδιοκτητών που θίγονται από τις αλλαγές και αυτό συνεχίζει να κάνει, τουλάχιστον μέχρι σήμερα.

**Μεσσήνη

* «Πεθαμένη» η αγορά λένε οι έμποροι
* Τη γενικότερη πορεία της ελληνικής οικονομίας ακολουθεί (και δε θα μπορούσε να γίνει διαφορετικά) η κίνηση στα εμπορικά καταστήματα της Μεσσήνης. Μιλώντας χθες με τον πρόεδρο του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Αρτ. Φανό και με καταστηματάρχες, η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία τους παρατήρησε ότι υπάρχει μεγάλη πτώση λόγω της μείωσης της αγοραστικής δύναμης των κατοίκων της περιοχής. Οι όποιες δε προσπάθειες μείωσης των τιμών σε διάφορα προϊόντα προκειμένου να κινηθεί η τοπική αγορά, έχουν ως αποτέλεσμα μόνο τη μείωση του κέρδους του εμπόρου. Κι αν, σύμφωνα με τον κ. Φανό, τα ενοίκια δεν είναι υψηλά, καθώς κάποιοι ιδιοκτήτες τα μείωσαν, προέκυψε από το ρεπορτάζ ότι τουλάχιστον σε μία περίπτωση ιδιοκτήτης θέλει να αυξήσει το μίσθιο.

**Ο Καφαντάρης στην Πύλο

* Συνάντηση με Σουηδούς δημοσιογράφους για υποδοχή golfers
* Συνάντηση στο Δημαρχείο Πύλου μεταξύ του δημάρχου Δημήτρη Καφαντάρη και μιας ομάδας από έξι δημοσιογράφους από τη Σουηδία, με επικεφαλής τον κ. Hans Holm, αρχισυντάκτη περιφερειακής εφημερίδας και πρόεδρο διοικητικών συμβουλίων γηπέδων γκολφ στη Σουηδία, πραγματοποιήθηκε προχθές.
* Σκοπός της συνάντησης ήταν να συζητηθούν ζητήματα που άπτονται της τουριστικής προβολής του Δήμου Πύλου-Νέστορος στη Σουηδία, με τη μετακίνηση και εγκατάσταση στην περιοχή, ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες, παικτών του γκολφ.

**Φιλιατρά

* «Να ξεχάσουν τον μπαλοποιητή στη Μώραινα!»
* Ηχηρό μήνυμα προς πάσα κατεύθυνση και κάθε αποδέκτη στέλνουν μέσα από το «Θ» τα μέλη του Εξωραϊστικού Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου Μώραινας Φιλιατρών, τονίζοντας: «Να ξεχάσουν τον μπαλοποιητή στη Μώραινα».
* Οι ίδιοι αντιδρούν μαζικά, δυναμικά και ένδικα, με προσφυγές ακόμη και στο ΣτΕ αν χρειαστεί, «στο έγκλημα που επιχειρείται να συντελεστεί σε βάρος της υγείας, της ζωής μας, των παιδιών μας, της γης μας, του περιβάλλοντος και της Ιστορίας μας», όπως χαρακτηριστικά σημειώνουν!

**Πανελλήνια Συνάντηση Αεροπτεριστών

* Σπορ και θέαμα με τριήμερο εορτασμό της πρωτομαγιάς στην Άνω Βέργα
* Για δεύτερη συνεχή χρονιά οι φυσικές ομορφιές της Βέργας γίνονται φόντο για ένα εντυπωσιακό θέαμα, στην Πανελλήνια Συνάντηση Αεροπτεριστών. Φίλοι του αθλήματος από την Καλαμάτα, την Αθήνα και άλλες περιοχές της Ελλάδας θα συναντηθούν στην Άνω Βέργα για να γνωρίσουν στο κοινό το αντικείμενό τους και να προσφέρουν ένα διαφορετικό, τριήμερο εορτασμό της Πρωτομαγιάς. Οι εκδηλώσεις ξεκινούν σήμερα από την ανατολή μέχρι τη δύση του ηλίου και θα συνεχιστούν ολόκληρο το Σαββατοκύριακο. Ακόμη πιο δελεαστική κάνει τη συνάντηση το γεγονός ότι όσοι επισκέπτες το επιθυμούν θα μπορούν να κάνουν δωρεάν πτήσεις παραπέντε με διπλό αλεξίπτωτο και θαλάσσια σπορ, στο τέρμα της οδού Ναυαρίνου.

Kroes's goal is threefold: improving the quality of life of older people and their carers, increasing sustainability of care systems and creating new growth and market opportunities for Europe.
 Next week is the first meeting of the partnership's high level steering group. This brings together user representatives, NGOs, industry, care providers, researchers, and policy makers at European, national and regional level. The steering group will work with stakeholders all over Europe to deliver a strategic implementation plan. This plan provides priorities for action to overcome barriers to innovation for active and healthy ageing. It will mobilise European, national and regional public and private resources supported by the highest possible political commitment.
 The partnership is a new way of collaboration in innovation, for removing barriers, pooling resources, targeting public procurement and crossing boundaries between work, care, cure and social support.
 Kroes asserts the partnership is not just something that looks nice on paper. It is a real partnership at many levels, rooted in the active cooperation between public and private stakeholders. It is all about working together. European Commissioners want to be an example and they have shown their support. John Dalli and Kroes are co-leaders of the partnership and they will work closely with Maire Geoghegan-Quinn, Commissioner for Research and Innovation, and with other colleagues such as Laszlo Andor, Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion. They are fully committed to make this cooperation a success.

Νίκης', στο ύψος του 'FLOCAFE' συνάντηση μελών και φίλων του ΣΥΓΑΠΑ, παρουσία πολιτικών και δημοσιογράφων και στη συνέχεια μοίρασαν έντυπα, εφημερίδες και με τεράστιο πανώ που ανέγραφε: 'ΔΙΚΑΙΟΣΥΝΗ ΣΤΟΥΣ ΠΑΤΕΡΑΔΕΣ' έκοψαν την κυκλοφορία για αρκετά λεπτά. Ντυμένοι με ειδικές μπλούζες, κασκέτες και με μπαλόνια στην ένδειξη: 'Μπαμπά σ'αγαπώ' και την καρδιά ως σύμβολο του Συλλόγου, ενημέρωσαν τους περαστικούς.

Συγκέντρωση διαμαρτυρίας διοργανώθηκε τη δεύτερη μέρα του Πάσχα, στη λεωφόρο Νίκης από τον «σύλλογο για την ανδρική και πατρική αξιοπρέπεια» στη μια το μεσημέρι.

Ο σύλλογος ιδρύθηκε πριν από οκτώ χρόνια, το 2003 με 32 ιδρυτικά μέλη, για την δίκαιη αντιμετώπιση και στήριξη των διεζευγμένων ανδρών και πατεράδων στα δικαστήρια. όσον αφορά θέματα διατροφής, επιμέλειας παιδιών κλπ.

Ο πρόεδρος του συλλόγου κ. Νίκος Σπιτάλας δήλωσε στον «Τ.Θ.»:

«Ο πατέρας δεν παίρνει τίποτα. Χάνει όλα του τα δικαιώματα στα ελληνικά δικαστήρια και η γυναίκα ή μητέρα τα παίρνει όλα. Το αποτέλεσμα είναι τα παιδιά να αποξενώνονται τελείως από τον πατέρα και να δημιουργείται ένα αγεφύρωτο χάσμα σε αυτήν την σχέση. Έχουμε δεχτεί πάνω από 30.000 τηλεφωνήματα στο σύλλογο. Εδρεύουμε στη Θεσσαλονίκη και έχουμε διοργανώσει πολλές συγκεντρώσεις διαμαρτυρίας, ακτιβιστικές δράσεις και άλλα πολλά. Η ιδέα ξεκίνησε από την Αγγλία με την οργάνωση fathers for justice όπου αδικημένοι πατεράδες ξεκίνησαν να διαμαρτύρονται ανοιχτά με διάφορες ακτιβιστικές ενέργειες για να αλλάξουν λίγο την κατάσταση. Από αυτούς επηρεαστήκαμε και εμείς και δημιουργήσαμε τον δικό μας σύλλογο».

Στην Δευτεριάτικη διαμαρτυρία μοιράστηκε η εφημερίδα του συλλόγου, παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά και διάφορα έντυπα.

Of course, the financial industry likes being able to collect hefty risk premiums without risk. But, it can't be right for Germany's taxpayers to prop up the banking sector under the guise of saving Greece or the euro.

On all EU antitrust cases, from mergers to price fixing, arbitrary antitrust laws lead to ill-informed juries and bureaucratic abuse. Those laws also create a perverse incentive for entrepreneurs to hold down sales volume, stop innovation, and avoid improvements in price, quality, and service; otherwise, such entrepreneurs could become the next targets of the antitrust terrorists.

The Eldorado of Corruption has started an ex officio investigation to assess an agreement between Cephalon, Inc. and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. that may have the object or effect of hindering the entry of generic Modafinil products in the markets of the European Economic Area. In particular it is assessed whether the agreement is in breach of the EU Treaty's rules on restrictive business practices (Article 101). Eppur si muove!

The company had misused the regulatory framework to prevent or, in the very least, delay the market entry of competing generic products, something that has now clearly been ruled as illegal. AstraZeneca has appealed the decision of the General Court.



When a company is forward-thinking, proactive, innovative, and productive, it will produce good products that customers want to buy. As a result, it will win a large market share. If the company is much better than its competitors, it might win most, or almost all, of the market. This is the case with Microsoft. It has earned its market share by producing good products that customers want to buy.



A company that wins a large market through its own productive efforts deserves accolades. This is because justice, morally, tells us that we must reward the good. However, to the government, a large market share is taken as evidence of anti-competitive behavior, which makes the company a target for antitrust action. This seems to be the motive behind the DOJ's suit against Microsoft.



To punish the good because it is good is the most vile inversion of justice conceivable. Yet this is the essence of antitrust, and this is exactly what the DOJ is doing to Microsoft. Microsoft is being targeted because it is good at its business, because it is successful, because it is competent. Nothing could be more unjust than this.



If you want to produce something in America or Fourth Reich, you'd better play the game. Contribute to politicians' campaigns, hire their friends, go hat in hand to a hearing, and apologize for your success. In a parasite economy no good deed goes unpunished for long. Kleptocrats, seeing an opportunity to extend their power and rake in some campaign cash and kickbacks, are circling like sharks. When executives don't show up when kleptocrats invite them, all it does is to increase kleptocrats' interest in what executives are doing and why they do not show up.



The economy is a good deal for people with connections. Executives are willing to invest money in kleptocrats, because they see opportunities in them. Executives see they can win things, that there's something to be gained. Washington and Brussels have become profit centers. All this reflects Depression-era criminal Willie Sutton's observation about robbing banks: That's where the money is.



Kleptocrats are costing trillions of euros and dollars every year. The brilliant minds of Silicon Valley and Redmond Washington, are going to waste time and energy on protecting their companies instead of thinking up new products and new ways to deliver them to consumers. Dragging smaller companies into the political swamps is just the latest diversion of West's productive resources into the unproductive world of political predation.
